Halo! This is the first post from a new home on the web: thio.cc.cd - the personal site of M. Thio Saputra, known online as Flessan.
If you've followed my work before, you've probably met me through @flessan on GitHub, through GDIPS - the Geometry Dash Indonesia Private Server I founded - or through one of my other little sites like flessan.pages.dev or tune.thio.cc.cd. This site gathers all of it under one roof.
Who is writing here
One thing about the name: my full name is Muhammad Thio Saputra. People shorten it to "M." - and honestly, I don't really like that, so instead of adding "M." everywhere I've mostly just hidden it. Online, I'm Flessan. Also Fless, Flethio, or Thio2009_, depending on which corner of the internet you found first.
I'm a self-taught developer with a deep love for Geometry Dash and community-driven projects. By day I'm a student in the RPL (Software Engineering) program at SMKN 4 Banjarmasin, in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. By night I build web apps, Linux tooling, and small experiments - usually between 11 PM and 3 AM - and I document all of it in public.
What this site will hold
- Projects - the full rack, from GDIPS and slate-de to small tools like teksreceh, with links to everything that's live.
- Writing - build notes and stories, right here in the blog.
- Now & timeline - a /now page for what I'm currently building and listening to, and a timeline of how I got here.
- Ecosystem - an ecosystem page linking every other place I keep online.
Why another site?
Because building sites is how I learn. My first website was coded at age 15 using ZArchiver and Chrome on a phone. Since then there's been flessan.pages.dev - the first little site - and a growing pile of small places online. This domain, thio.cc.cd, is the newest room: a home built with VitePress, and a place to write.
Old work is part of the work. The previous sites stay online, nothing gets buried, and everything gets a door.
